The property is located in the San Lorenzo area, a neighborhood renowned for its bars and nightlife.

If you’re traveling by car, you can park—for a fee—on the street (blue-line zones) or at the Autobruzi Garage, a 2-minute walk from the apartment. Please note that there is a summer nighttime restricted traffic zone (ZTL) from 9:30 p.m. to 3:00 a.m.



The building has a gym, available by reservation.



The interior layout is as follows:

- LIVING ROOM: sofa, 65-inch Smart TV, table with chairs, terrace;

- TERRACE furnished with a small table and chairs, washing machine, and dryer.

The apartment has a self-check-in system, so you’ll be able to access the apartment on your own using the personal link we’ll provide a few days before your arrival.

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
