With 70 square meters of space, it comfortably accommodates four people, featuring one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, and two full bathrooms.



The San Giovanni metro station is 260 meters from the apartment.

Cultural attractions such as the Basilica of San Giovanni, the Scala Santa, and Santa Croce are within walking distance.



The interior is laid out as follows:

- From Rome Ciampino International Airport, you can reach Roma Termini Station via the shuttle bus service. From there, take bus No. 64 toward “Stazione San Pietro” to the “Crocifisso/Porta Fabbrica” stop (16 stops), which is a 2-minute walk from the property.



- From Roma Termini Station, you can reach the apartment by taking bus No. 64 toward “Stazione San Pietro” to the “Crocifisso/Porta Fabbrica” stop (16 stops), a 2-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, you can take a regional train, such as train 12514 to Civitavecchia or train 4500 to Grosseto, getting off at “Stazione San Pietro,” a 5-minute walk from the property.



- If you’re traveling by car, the apartment is located outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL).

You will be contacted a few days before your arrival by our on-site team, who will provide you with more details about your check-in.



7 days beforearrival, you will receive instructions on how to upload your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the City of Rome, which is €6.00 per person per night.

We need to follow this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the “Alloggiati Web” police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of October 6, 2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
