San Giovanni Apartment is located on an upper floor of a historic 1920s building, just a few meters from the Basilica of St. John Lateran and near the Colosseum. The tastefully renovated, very bright apartment can accommodate up to 5 people and consists of a master bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, and a lounge area with a sofa bed. The apartment is just a few meters from the metro station, allowing you to reach the center of Rome in just a few minutes.

The apartment is equipped with a Smart TV, a “Memory Foam” double mattress, a fully equipped kitchen, an electric oven, a microwave, a washing machine, air conditioning, independent heating, Wi-Fi, a hair dryer, an iron, and an espresso machine.

Since the building is historic, it DOES NOT HAVE an elevator.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn't have asked for a better experience.Location: Perfect spot, making it easy to get around and explore.The Space: Very nice, comfortable, and fully stocked with all the essentials.Service: Communication was clear and prompt, making arrival and departure completely stress-free.Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay there again

Buen barrio con buena ubicación al centro. 30 minutos andando al Coliseo. Parada de bus justo al lado del apartamento. Metro cercano a 5 minutos. Muchos servicios cerca como restaurantes, comprar comida para llevar y supermercado. Llegada desde el aeropuerto con el tren en 30-40 minutos a la estación Roma Tuscolana y luego solo 10 minutos a pie.Antonio responde a los mensajes, buena atención.Lo peor que es un 3 sin ascensor pero corresponde con las fotos. Limpio en general aunque habría que mejorar la limpieza del microondas y la escurridera de los platos.
