Adjacent to the metro Line A (200 m), 500 meters from the Tuscolana train station (connection with Fiumicino airport), the Colosseum reachable in just a 25-minute walk, Via Appia Nuova is located in the immediate vicinity. Thoughtfully Piazza San Giovanni in Laterano is 10 minutes on foot.

Located in the very central area (Piazza "Re Di Roma"), its strategic location offers the possibility of reaching every point of historical and tourist interest in a short time both by metro and bus.
The main historical and tourist sites (Piazza di Spagna, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza del Popolo, Vatican Museums, San Pietro, etc.) and Termini Central Station can be reached in a few minutes via the nearby metro stop.
The area is full of restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops of all kinds. The street where the apartment resides is very quiet but at the same time very central.


The apartment, located on the first floor (with elevator) of a building erected in 1936 but recently renovated, consists of 2 double bedrooms, a living room with two sofas, one in bed, a bathroom, a large corridor. It has two balconies (equipped with chairs, tables), one of which overlooks the interior courtyard of the building and for this reason it is very quiet.

Guests will have access to the entire house and everything in it.
The kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances, dishes, utensils and everything you need to cook. In particular, the kitchen has 2 coffee machines (capsules and pods), kettle, microwave, wireless electric vacuum cleaner and dishwasher.

Each room has a TV and the living room is a Smart TV where guests can also install their Apps or watch international channels (such as Sky News, BBC News, etc.).
A bedroom also has an organized work space desk equipped with a monitor and printer.

The bathroom is well finished and equipped with shower and washing machine.

You will also find a single toddler bed available (just request it in advance).

Super fast Wi-Fi service (700 GB) is at your disposal throughout the house. The apartment is equipped with recently installed air conditioners and independent heating.
