A bright apartment of approximately 120 square meters, sleeping 6 people, located on the eighth floor of a building with an elevator (NOT wheelchair accessible). The property is located in the Trieste neighborhood, a residential area with plenty of parks and amenities, just 500 meters from the “Libia” metro stop, which provides easy access to Termini Station and various attractions in the city center (Circo Massimo and the Colosseum).
The apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a terrace.
The interior layout is as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with a double sofa bed, TV, sofa, armchair, dining table, and access to the terrace;
- KITCHEN with gas stove (5 burners), small dining table, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hand blender, blender, juicer, wine glasses, various kitchen utensils, TV, and access to the terrace;
- TERRACE with coffee table and chairs (with retractable awning);
- BEDROOM I with a double bed, desk, TV, and closet;
- BEDROOM II with two single beds and a desk;
- TWO BATHROOMS with shower stalls, sinks, bidets, and toilets.

Getting Around the Area
- From Fiumicino Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the regional train from Fiumicino Aeroporto station to Roma Termini station, where you can take Metro Line B1 to the “Libia” stop, a 6-minute walk from the apartment.
- From Rome Ciampino International Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking bus No. 720 to the “Laurentina” stop, where you can take the B1 metro line to the “Libia” stop, a 6-minute walk from the apartment.
- From Roma Termini Station, you can reach the apartment by taking the B1 metro line to the “Libia” stop, a 6-minute walk from the apartment.
- If you’re traveling by car, you can park on the street for a fee in the vicinity of the property. Alternatively, you can park (also for a fee) at Garage Tripoli, located at Via Tripoli 140, a 2-minute walk from the apartment.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of October 6, 2022).
Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
Rome Climate Zone D: 11 hours per day from November 8 to April 7.
