Great location with lots of good local restaurants at good value. 3 minute walk to the Metro and easy access to everything without the high historic fistful prices and tourist traps. Very clean, modern and stylish flat. Would recommend to anyone visiting Rome.

This place is amazing and I would definitely book again. The host was responsive to all of my questions along the way. The host made restaurant recommendations and booked us a transport from Rome to our cruise port. The house is beautiful and fit all 7 of us perfectly. The location is so convenient to shops, food and the Vatican. It’s a short cab ride to the coliseum. I would definitely stay here again. Don’t hesitate. Book this place.

We had a fabulous stay. The apartment is immaculately clean, spacious, quiet and is close to the metro, restaurants and stores. The hosts were wonderful, they provided a restaurant recommendation for our daughter’s birthday and it was incredible. Everything we needed was in the apartment. Overall 10/10 plus.

The place was modern and clean. It was very spacious for 5 people. Public transportations and eateries are all within a walking distance. The area was clean and we felt safe staying there. I can’t say enough about this property. The location was perfect for access to the MRT. It has multiple restaurants and coffee/pastry shops within a two minute walk from the front door. Inside, you’ll find all the amenities you could possibly need while you visiting a new country and away from your own home. The washer/dryer were perfect and easy to understand. The exterior of the apartment is exactly as it shows on the website, clean, modern and well maintained. Very comfortable to say the least. Our host was very accessible and communicated with us perfectly both prior to our stay and during our stay. Not sure i could expect anything more than this. I STRONGLY recommend Italia Apartments as your home away from your home when visiting Roma.

This place was Amazing! A very clean, modern apt with great A/C which we needed (it was hot/humid outside)! All bathrooms/showers were clean, updated, & beautiful. Owner had great quick communication & was extra thoughtful with all the extra travel necessities that were left in the bathrooms!! The kitchen was fully equipped & they even gave some coffee pods which was much appreciated! This apt. is also in a very good city location close to many coffee/pastry shops, restaurants, convenience stores, and gelato shops that we easily walked to. We also walked to the Vatican which took about 20-25 minutes. Thank you for hosting us in your beautiful apartment & being so thoughtful & kind!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit als Familie in diesem tollen Apartment mitten in Rom und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist großartig und lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und jederzeit problemlos möglich; Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Auch eine zwischenzeitliche Reinigung mit Wechsel der Bettwäsche wurde durchgeführt. Es gibt diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten rund um das Apartment und im Erdgeschoss des Hauses ein günstiges Restaurant mit leckerer Pizza und Pasta.Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist super; zum Vatikan kann man auch sehr entspannt laufen. Ein paar Optimierungsvorschläge: mehr Ersatzmüllbeutel und ein paar Kochlöffel für die Küche wären toll. Außerdem bräuchte es in den Bädern mehr Möglichkeiten, Handtücher aufzuhängen.
