I don’t even know where to start. This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed. The pictures are not even of the apartment we stayed in. There is NO WASHER OR DRYER! When we told the guy that let us in he said he would talk to the host since our reservation said there would be both, never got a response. Then our WiFi never worked, I messaged the host and again, NO RESPONSE! We messaged the guy who let us in the apartment, pretty much said not my problem talk to the host. Well our host pretty much took our money and never spoke to us again. We traveled to Italy with limited luggage which required us to need a washer and dryer. I spent three hours washing clothes then using a blow dryer to dry the clothes we needed right away. Transportation is rough in this area, the bus comes only every 30 minutes so you need to time it perfectly to get anywhere in Rome. The WiFi was a big deal for us since we rely on WiFi to use internet so we can map out our day and get our tickets that we purchased online. If all these issues were addressed on the website I wouldn’t be so upset with this apartment. But when we are expecting a washer and dryer and WiFi then arrive and there is neither is a deal breaker. With the host having zero communication with us once he got his money, just added salt to the wound. DO NOT STAY HERE!
