Upon entering you will be pleasantly struck by the brightness of the apartment, given by the double pocket door that divides the entrance from the living room.

THE LIVING ROOM: The sofa bed gives versatility to the room, which in case of need can become a full-fledged double bedroom. The sofa bed is the size of a real double bed with a 20cm mattress.

At your disposal is a 50" Smart Tv with access to Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+ and all streaming platforms, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day in front of a movie.

Thanks to the French door you will have access to the balcony directly from the living room.

THE DOUBLE BEDROOM: The ultra-comfortable bed is ready for you to rest optimally, and the open closet will allow you to conveniently sort your clothes.

Also in the room will be at your disposal a 43" Smart Tv with access to Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+ and all streaming platforms.

THE KITCHEN: complete with all appliances such as dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine, it is the ideal environment in which to try your hand at some typical and non-typical recipes.

The BATHROOM: provides you with a large shower stall with chromotherapy, perfect for relaxing after a long walk to discover the wonders of Rome.

Completes the apartment a PARKING ROOM where you will find a washing machine at your disposal, clothesline and iron.

Out the door you will have all the services at your disposal: bars, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, as well as the splendid view of the majestic dome of St. Peter's.
Just below the house is the historic district market of San Silverio, where san you can find all the fresh foods you are looking for.

The apartment is located 50mt from the bus stop "Gregorio VII - San Silverio" and 300mt from the train station "San Pietro".

It is also possible to check-in after the established time, in agreement with the management and with payment of an extra fee.
For check-in from 21:00 to 22:00 Euro 30.
For check-in from 22:00 to 24:00 Euro 40.
For check-in from 24:00 Euro 50.

A tourist tax, amounting to Euro 6 per person per day, will also be collected on site. Children under 11 years of age are exempt from paying this tax.
