Had a lovely stay! Staff was friendly and helpful with check-in. The location was fantastic, walking distance to major attractions and was surprisingly quiet at night. Would highly recommend staying here while visiting Rome!

The place was within short driving distance to surrounding sites. The beds were comfortable. A negative thing was we had booked a triple room and we’re given an economy room. They ended up pulling apart the bed into two twins but the room was very small. Expedia tried to contact them and they were hung up on. All we were told was they made a mistake. I requested a refund of the difference in cost but haven’t received anything yet.

The place 2b in Rome

It was very nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. There’s a top notch yoga studio (RYOGA) right next door! Central location. The only downside- we weren’t able to pay with a cc. We’ll be back for sure :)

the rooms were so clean, bright and quiet at night!! no street noise at all! we were in the heart of Rome in a beautiful, safe neighborhood...beautiful buildings...the instructions to use elevator, open doors etc was given a bit too fast so make sure you go thru all the keys, open the doors with keys, use elevator with the person on duty...once you do it, it's easy! LOL it's a B & B so no wake-ups, room service or staff around but i would definitely stay again....had expresso machine, mini-bar, toiletries...really so nice!! it's very cl;ean!!!!

Good location Nosiy rooms, no sound proof, we heard all the noise in the room next to us It’s on the 3rd floor with a lift so no worries Place is so tiny and so one of the rooms we booked was so tiny Great staff they were welcoming Place was renovated Hot water and AC were available n working great It’s recommended for people with a a little bit tight budget

Cozy and clean

Very clean, new, and modern and on a nice street in Rome with a short, easy walk from Termini Station. There is a lift as well. The property is on the 3rd floor. The rooms are small. Basically just a bed you have to walk around to get to the door or the tiny bath. There were two of us and it was somewhere between cozy and cramped. However m, it was quiet, the bed was comfortable, super clean, and a great night of sleep for a single night before catching a flight.

Clean but too small

I would not describe this as a hotel, it was a room within a block of flats. It was very clean but far too small, only four hangers and the only chair was by a table with a mirror and when you sat down you could not see yourself - not very useful! A small mini bar was on the wall with lights inside that kept you awake all night. No room to store many clothes. on a positive note there was a lift.

Lovely bnb in Rome

We only stayed at Roma 2b for one night but we had a lovely stay. We arrived before our room was ready and the staff were very accommodating and looked after our bags whilst we explored the city. Our luggage was waiting for us in the room. The building is lovely and the location is really good. About 10 minute walk to termini station. The room was great and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here. It is decently priced and worth it.
