The location can not be beat! Perfect place for any Rome center adventures, walk to Vatican 15min. Yet, the management staff was not totally hospitable. The three of us are all x-residents of Rome and did not appreciate the attitude from the managing company. They stated that 'they are not a hotel' when we asked for 1 extra towel. Everyone only got 1 bath and 1 small towel per person, there was also only 4 toilet paper rolls total. Extra towels were a ridiculous fee of 30! The apartment was nice yet I would not say it was my standard for "clean". They should paint the walls and do a deep clean specially for the older stained floor. Also-READ the fine print we had to pay additional at check-in in cash! The doorman was very courteous. The elevator is an add-on to the building and is very small it really only fits 1 person.

The apartment was clean and spacious. Location was great as it was close to the city center and the Vatican. The heater worked well and kept the rooms warm. The host was very responsive and accommodating to our early check in request. Would definitely stay here again!

Such a lovely apartment right in the hub of all the amazing Roman sites! Hosts were very accommodating of delays to our travel plans due to flight cancellations and rescheduling our key pickup. Also they helped arrange a car for transportation from the airport to the apartment. FYI, the apartment is in the 4th floor (lots of stairs). There is an elevator but it only fits maybe 2 people squeezing. Beds were comfortable, and the extra bathroom with laundry upstairs was an added perk.

very good location - honestly cannot be beat. The space has the bare minimums that comes with big city dwelling. We had to go out and get quite alot of additional items like shampoo and soap. The company that runs this is awesome though - easy to coordinate with, great response time, arranged a private transfer for us which are all very much appreciated.

Central location that is walking distance to everything

Apartment location was great with many restaurants nearby. We were able to walk everywhere (Vatican, Colosseum, etc). The superintendent of the build (not associated with hosts) was very nice and allowed us to leave out bags with him when we arrived early and on departure day, we showed him our gratitude! Things to keep in mind - The loft has a very steep spiral staircase, definitely not for very young kids. The loft/upstair bathroom ceiling is 6' high and may not be ideal for taller folks (especially the upstairs bathroom). The AC in the apartment is fine in the bedrooms but the loft area is significantly warmer. The fold out couch has seen better days and was repaired at some point with very sharp wire that I scraped myself on. When bringing some of these issues to the attention of the host I was not at all happy with their replies - definitely would not be looking to return.

In the heart of Rome

The apartment is right next to Piazza Navona, which was wonderful. It was as advertised. The proximity to restaurants and cafés was awesome. Be aware, there are five flights of stairs to get to the apartment. There is an elevator, but it is tiny. We had to take four trips with four suitcases to get everything upstairs. We were there in the heat of the summer, and the air conditioning worked wonderfully, which we really appreciate appreciated. We went out for sightseeing in the morning, came back during the afternoon heat for a rest in the AC, and then back out again.

Enjoyed our stay

Easy and flexible check in. Location was great for many sites and a bus stop right outside the apartment was great. We found all the beds very comfortable. Stairs to the loft area are tight, but it was fine for an adult. There were 4 of us and there was enough seating in the living/kitchen area, but not sure larger groups would be able to enjoy the space together; there are only 4 chairs at the table and a small couch. Overall, great stay and location!
