I really had no interaction with the staff because I came in late at night even check-in was after 10 so there was no one at the desk but it was easy to check in on my own with their instructions. The place is so convenient. It’s very typical places to stay in Rome in the city of Rome it’s old and that’s when you go there for to see the history.!!

The hotel was very old but renovated. We had a two night stay and all went well. The desk clerk was very helpful. The hotel is well located near many shops, dining, bars, etc. Also near the Vatican and Hop on Hop off bus pick up point. My friend and I are older travellers, and found the hotel to be perhaps more suitable for the younger crowd. We found the steps to be a bit difficult but it did fit our needs for the two nights we were there. The hotel arranged a transfer to the airport for us and that worked very well.
