The service we received was amazing. The room was fantastic, location amazing. Room very very clean. Monica the hostess was out of this world she told us where to go for restaurants and shopping. More like a freind then a hostess. Breakfast was great also.

No eggs for breakfast means the only source of protein is ham and cheese, which you will already have plenty of during the day in Rome. Staff was nice. Our room overlooked the plaza directly (nice view) but the window was good enough that not much of the noise from the street reached us. Opening it meant instant cigarette smell from the outdoor dining places though. The drain in our shower backed up a bit, and one of the nights, we had a significant and annoying electrical noise coming from the breaker box that went away the next day. Wifi worked OK but a bit annoying to operate sometimes (online login page). Don’t expect luxury but the room looks nice and location is excellent, right next to Pantheon and in the middle of Vatican and Ancient Rome.

The room was clean, staff was amazing and the location was spectacular! We could walk to all the sites in Rome. Highly recommend this hotel. There are stairs so not good for anyone with mobility issues.

Hotel is small. Taxi dropped us in front of hotel and pointed us to the door. Rang doorbell and someone came down to let us in. 23 stairs to climb. Rooms small, but great location and Monica was so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast ok. No parking so can’t accommodate a rental car which was fine with us as we took taxi.

Great hotel and staff. The only downside we found was that, because of the building type, we had no cell service - either WiFi or e-sim. This was a pretty big one for us, which is why it’s a 4 not 5 star rating. The breakfast is good though, staff is amazing, and beds are very comfy. The area is also AMAZING.
