Loved the location of our hotel. Easy access to all the main sites around Rome - on foot! Lots of great places to shop and eat, and the area felt very safe. Our room was spacious, comfortable, quiet and secure. The staff are awesome, Jojo is very helpful, nice and very welcoming. He does an awesome job on keeping the rooms, including the common area tidy and clean! One of the things that makes a vacation a vacation is when you dont have to make up your own bed! The manager/owner is always accommodating and very helpful in providing recommendations on where to go for authentic Italian cuisine. He also listens to comments and feedback whenever an issue came up during our stay and would promptly act on it. He booked us a great ride to the airport on our last day so we didn't have to stress on being late for our flight. I definitely love their coffee machine because I can have my coffee any time of the day, and how I like it-with or without milk! Wish we could have stayed longer, will definitely recommend to friends and family and stay again when we return to the Eternal city.

Everything is excellent . Nothing to complain. Room is big and clean. Quiet place and only walking distance to the mall, restaurant and other sight seeing. The owner of the place Guillermo/William is very accommodating from the start of booking for any questions you have or concerns he will walk you thru it. We check in late and no receptionist in the front desk. But easy to check in. From the transportation pick up and drop off. He will do it for you. The house keeper Jojo very helpful and everything inside your room is neat , clean and tidy. Over all are great. I highly recommend this hotel to everybody.

The room was clean and quiet and the AC was very good and made it comfortable. The man at the front desk was very helpful and nice. There were lots of dirty dishes in the sink in the common area from other guests, and the area around the hotel was not very nice, but it is rather close to Termini station, and the price is reasonable. The hotel rooms were very safe and had good security.

Room with a View

Nice large quite Air Conditioning room on the 5 floor over looking the beautiful city of Rome. With free coffee, hot chocolate machine in the reception with seating for you to have your own food. Close to shops, restaurants and sight seeing.

Very clean room. Opposite to Santa Maria Maggiore. Closest walkable attractions are Colosseum and Trevi Fountain about 15 mins. A lot of dining and shopping options around the building. Overall a pleasant stay, only small hiccup was the door of the building on street level was inaccessible for at least a couple of nights due to a faulty lock which could only be opened by a physical key plus a kick after we came back from dinner - not joking as we had to ask another hotel from opposite street which shares some of their guest rooms in the same building with ours to kick the door open because it was so heavy and stiff.

Near Coliseum

Nice staff. No breakfast. Comfortable room. Nice pillows and bed. It’s up on 5th or 6th floor but there is an interesting and reliable elevator to get up to the room. Walkable to coliseum, pantheon and St Peter’s. Coliseum the closest. Train station close also. Felt very safe walking.

The room and staff were great. It is difficult to maneuver the entry and elevator but once you understand ( by trial & error) it’s doable. It’s more of a B & B, definitely not a hotel! The front entry was an issue for many of the guests as the desk is only staffed 9am- 4 pm. It is a couple of blocks away from Sant Mary Major Basilica but not 15 min walk to major sites! The staff, when there, were lovely.
