Had a very good 3 night stay with no issues. The room was clean and modern, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s a good location with lots of restaurants near by, and just 5-7 minute walk to the Colosseum. I would stay here again.

The room was very clean and the staff were super helpful. However, the shower we had on our last morning was ice cold, and there were some cool lights on the ceiling that we couldn't find the "off" button for, so they kept turning on and off during the night. Apart from those two things, the stay was great and the location was pretty central. Another note is that you do need cash to pay for additions or a taxi; otherwise, there is a 5% charge. That would have been nice to know beforehand.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Check in and check out were easy. Room was great and clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. The only cons were that sometimes the room had a smell a bit like mildew and I would have to turn on the AC to circulate the air. Also, the upstairs neighbours could be a little loud at night. I heard a bit of banging and loud talking at night.
