Property location was great. Biggest problem we had was the poor air conditioning. Room was very warm. Cleaning staff left the window open all day after they cleaned, they did not help with this problem.

The property itself was nice. There were no instructions given on how to get into the building, and we saw two other families struggling to get ahold of anyone to get their rooms. The issue came when the hotel lost power completely. After 8 hours without power, we gave up and booked another hotel. No other buildings that we could see had lost power. It was 97 degrees and we left at 7 for another hotel because we were flying out the next day and needed to be able to charge our phones for alarms/ride pick up/etc. They would not refund any amount of the stay, even though the room was unlivable. It is in a very convenient location.
