Well located in the heart of Prati, close to bus stops which make all of Rome easily accessible and Lepanto metro is about 10 minutes away. Great local restaurants next door a opposite, and the Beer Time pub a 5 minute walk. Accommodation first class with mini kitchen in reception area. Coffee, cake and biscuits free. All the staff were helpful and made our holiday special

I was a little worried as this is not a traditional hotel with a lobby and such but our experience was truly wonderful. Staff was available on site and offered to look after our luggage since we arrived early. They were always available to answer questions via WhatsApp. Property is extremely well located within walking distance to the Vatican. There is an excellent place for breakfast next door and an excellent place for dinner across the street. Property was very clean and room was spacious for our needs. Would definitely stay here again.

A great location especially for the Rome Open Tennis. We were able to walk, it took 30 minutes. The staff were wonderful and so helpful. There were restaurants very close that were excellent! My only suggestion is putting a picture of the front entrance on the hotel web site so people would know what to look for. It is not a traditional hotel. Again staff was awesome.

The property was very clean, organized and on a quiet street, away from the traffic area. Very walkable to The Vatican and Saint Angelo Castle. Easy to navigate public transit from the location. We took 1 bus all the way to the Colosseum. All the staff members were helpful when we had an issue with a key as well as helping to navigate returning to Termini station when construction was happening on the tracks. Thank you to all.
