The best thing about the property was Michela!!! He was so kind and accomodating. The room was so nice and extremely comfortable. Had a cool feel about the decor and its style. We found QT Suites to be charming but the biggest joy for us was Larissa. She greeted us with a cordial hospitality like all front desk person should but it just got better as days went on. She was kind, always had a smile and was very helpful throughout our stay until the end. Even on her day off, she made sure our taxi arrangements were on schedule. We would come back and stay again. I hope Larissa would still be with y’all.

Well maintained boutique property just a two minute walk to the Spanish Steps. Our concierge was simply amazing, providing recommendations for anything we asked and arranging transportation for us. The suites manager Larissa was amazing! she sent us a list of great restaurants to visit and provided various tips for local attractions and commute. The hotel is right next to the Spanish steps, and a 10 minute walk to most attractions. The room itself was very comfortable, and very clean. We are glad we stayed here during our visit to Rome, and would go there again if we were to visit.

Super helpful staff during a taxi surprise strike. They helped us make dinner reservations and have us many suggestions. The location was very close to the Spanish Steps. The bed was very comfortable and the AC felt great on which a hot day.
