We love the location! Very convenient near shops and restaurants. We absolutely love and adored the upstairs outside Terrace.!!!Be prepared there are a lot of stairs but there is a small elevator. The apartment was very quiet in the evening, made it easy to rest with the air conditioner.However, we had an issue and we’re not able to use one of the toilets. The host was very responsive and apologetic for the problem we had..

Nice property. 10 min walk to Trevor fountain. 5 min walk to Spanish steps. 25 min walk to Pantheon. Very close to tons of restaurants. Good communication with owner who recommended several places for us to eat.

Unbelievable view in the heart of Rome!

Our stay here was wonderful! Just a few minutes from the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain, but a nice quiet street. The terrace is amazing, and overall the home was a wonderful retreat in the middle of Rome. I'd highly recommend it!

Apartment was spacious but very basic and a little run down.. Shower pressure is terrible and stall is extremely small for anyone who is not petite. Air conditioning on top floor was broken and leaking. Wish we would have gotten a warning before as we were unable to use a whole part of the apartment due to it being so hot. If you’re not looking for much of a personalized stay… stay here. Very basic toiletries are provided. You’re allowed one dish soap pod and one laundry detergent pod.. also be aware that this is through a travel agency. Not a personal host. Therefore, you cannot contact anyone after their working hours if you have an emergency. Would not have booked if I knew. The communication was off from the start and I ignored it. All of that aside, Francesca was very friendly and helpful when she was available. The man colleague she sent to greet us was not very welcoming or friendly. Had a situation with leaving belongings behind and Francesca was great with communicating and helping me package it for it to be shipped back. Can’t thank her enough for that.

Great stay!

The location of the property was perfect for getting around Rome and offered quiet for sleeping. Perfect size for us with 2 teenage girls. The property manager was extremely helpful with the check in process and we were able to check in early after an overnight 8 hour flight..

Rome long weekend

This is a great property, really well located for our long weekend in Rome. Short walk to/from Barberini metro for venturing further but perfect for strolling around all the main sites of the city. The apartment itself is comfortable and having the roof terrace was a wonderful bonus. Be aware that the electrical outputs are Type L. Booking was easy and contact with property manager was first class and they were able to accommodate our needs.

Outside space highlight!

The location of this property was really great! The property manager was super easy to work with and accommodated us with an early arrival. The outdoor terrace is definitely the highlight of this rental. Beds were comfortable. The place is a bit sparse on furnishings. The upstairs living area was not real comfortable to just hang out but since you’re in Rome sightseeing, we didn’t have a lot of down time. It was awesome to have the grocery store right next door to grab snacks and wine. Overall a great stay!

Location, location, location.

This property is in an excellent location. It is just a few minutes to the Piazza Di Spagna and a few more to the Trevi Fountain. Spagna metro station gets you quickly to Termini with all its transport links. For those who might want to spend an evening on the lovely terrace there is a well stocked supermarket virtually next door. Or alternatively, there is an excellent restaurant opposite. The only minor issue we felt was that the kitchen is not on the same level as the terrace, so we had to carry food and drink up stairs. The booking process and subsequent communication was top class. Highly recommended
