This hotel was amazing! From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff was incredibly pleasant and helpful. They made check-in smooth and welcoming. This was a great hotel for our 3 day stay in Rome. Everything from the room to staff to breakfast was awesome. The hotel itself is in a nice location, close to all sightseeing activities. I loved the garden area, we hung out on the swing several times during out stay. Will definitely come back

Lovely stay at Massimi city garden hotel. On check in the receptionist Vaseli (sorry if name incorrect) was so welcoming and very informative. He gave excellent directions around the city for us with it being our first time in Rome and also recommended a lovely restaurant for food. The hotel was clean, modern and the beds are very comfortable. Nothing was too much, free shuttle to metro was great and the breakfast is lovely! Would definitely recommend staying here, can not fault anything!
