Comfortable and convenient

The apartment is very central and easy to walk to various points. The area is quiet and peaceful. The apartment was clean and provided all basic needs. We had a good time and can recommend this apartment for convenience and comfortable stays.

The property is in an excellent location-within walking distance of all major sights. There is a grocery store very close, and it is a safe neighborhood. Our only issue was with the lady who was to meet us with the key exchange. Because she only has a flip phone, we were unable to contact her with email or WhatsApp. She was only available through SMS, which was limiting for us.

Stay away!! The condition of the property was unacceptable. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke throughout, the floors were dirty, and spider webs were everywhere, shower water stream is weak and the shower is too small. The cleanliness and maintenance were far below a reasonable standard. The host was not responsive and ignored all of our messages. Do yourself a favor and keep searching.

Nous avons été déçu du logement :- présence de cafards dans la cuisine- appartement vétuste et peu entretenu- présence d'humidité et de moisissures- les plaques de cuisson mettent 30 minutes à chauffer - impossible de mettre les 2 plaques de cuisson en même temps sinon l'électricité disjoncte- nécessité de couper le ballon d'eau chaude pour pouvoir faire à manger- canapé lit inconfortable : on sent les ressorts- rue et voisinage très bruyant, à n'importe quelle heure de la journée et de la nuit- ustensiles de cuisine en quantité très limitéeApparemment les propriétaires sont au courant mais ne daignent pas améliorer les choses et traiter ce dont il y a besoin !Tout ces points négatifs ne viennent pas compenser les positifs : emplacement central et proche des bus supermaché à proximité.

Dogodna lokalizacja, dobry kontakt z właścicielką, ale wyposażenie raczej spartańskie. Brak czajnika, stara dwupalnikowa kuchenka elektryczna, niezbyt czysto. Zdjęcie tytułowe jest mylące. Właściwe wejście znajduje się obok i jest dużo skromniejsze. Cicha okolica. Ogólnie obiekt godny polecenia, jeśli planujemy go wykorzystywać dla noclegów po całodziennym zwiedzaniu miasta.

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, pero lo malo es la limpieza, el suelo sobre todo estaba muy sucio y con manchas y las camas sobre todo el sofá cama es muy incómodo. En la oferta ponía que incluía las tasas turísticas y nos las han vuelto a cobrar nada más llegar. También ponía que tenía wifi y no funcionaba. La calefacción tampoco funcionó los dos primeros días, la propietaria nos ha traído un calefactor pequeño

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung Pantheon ist wirklich gut. Das Pantheon, Santa Maria sorpa minerva oder der Palazzo Pamphilj sind jeweils zwei Ecken weiter. Auf der anderen Seite funktionieren in der sehr dunklen Wohnung nicht viele Dinge. Im Bad sind zwei von drei Leutmitteln defekt, das WLAN lässt sich nicht einrichten. (Es war auf eigene Kosten über einen Hotspot leicht zu installieren). In der Küche läuft kein heißes Wasser; die Eingangstüre lässt sich nur mit brachialer Gewalt öffnen...
