Incredible, centrally located apartment with a view of the Pantheon -

A comfortable 75-square-meter apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people, located on the fifth floor of a historic building with an elevator; from the inner courtyard, you can see the historic Roman walls. The location is fantastic! We’re right in the heart of the city, just a short walk from the Pantheon and Piazza Navona. The apartment features a spacious balcony, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Eternal City.
The property is located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL).

The interior layout is as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with a single sofa bed, TV, dining table, split A/C, and access to the balcony;
- KITCHEN with a gas stove, moka pot, dishwasher, kettle, oven, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses;
- BEDROOM I with a double bed, closet, split A/C, and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM II with a single bed and a portable fan;
- BATHROOM I with a shower, sink, bidet, and toilet;

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, washing machine, building-wide heating, air conditioning (with a split unit in the living room and one in Bedroom I), portable fan, clothesline, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.
