For the reasonable price this hotel charges, it offers great value. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and while the breakfast isn’t exceptional, it’s perfectly fine. If you’re looking for a fancy hotel with all the high‑end features you’d find in top American hotels, this may not be the place for you. But if you want a well‑priced, clean hotel with welcoming staff, I highly recommend it. I would definitely stay here again.

No breakfast menu. Though about 5 miles to our intended daily travel to St. Peter’s basilica, the uphill / downhill walking to the bus, riding the bus and metro takes a good exhausting 1.5 hours one way. Area did not feel safe to walkabout. Mini grocery for quick food take out was at a distance too. Perhaps younger tourists would not mind. We are in our 70’s and this was a daily challenge for us.

The hotel itself is fine and the staff are very helpful. Because of it’s location it really isn’t suitable for tourists as if you’re out and about sightseeing through the day you can’t really get back to the hotel during the day. Nice place but not where I needed it to be

Very nice, quiet place, with a nice garden, and even its own chapel. Rooms were very spacious, and the bus stops are very close by. It's in a quiet area, so a bit of commuting is involved to reach the touring areas, but commuting is quite easy in Rome, and it's only one bus ride away to the train station. Very nice place.
