The mattress was terrible. Springs were in you ribs all night. Could not sleep No tissues, no proper soaps nothing like in the pictures on line. Tried to collect twice the taxes and in Canadian dollars.

The room was basic, clean and ok. Location great for Vatican City but too far from all the other sites. Amenities advertised were false. We expected a rooftop hot tub which hasn’t operated since Covid! Rooftop bar was not open. Looking for a room near Vatican City, it’s good value.

The location and Randy at the front desk bumped up the rating. Both are great. The whole place could be a lot cleaner, the bed was uncomfortable, we ran out of hot water fequently and the a/c unit didnt work properly. The coffee shop downstairs is very good.
