Staff was very friendly and provided lots of advice for Romem via What's App and verbally when we meet them. The property is only a1km easy walk away from the Colesseum with the subway and a grocery store only 300m. Like any big city, parking is available but I would recommend taking the train from the airport which connects to the subway system.

Room was very clean, very simple check in and check out, the amenities for breakfast were good and the host was very accommodating getting me things for my dietary requirements. There is a Metro station nearby which will shortly be opening, which makes it even more appealing in the very near future. Otherwise, San Giovanni is only 8-10 minutes walk (Line A). The supermarket nearby is ideal for supplies. I would stay again.

Francesca was the main person who helped us with our getting checked in and managed the rooms. She provided very clear and concise information about the city and provided a map for us to see where major sites were in relation to the Property.
