Check in was digital. We loved the provision of pre and post check-in storage cabinets. The staff were so warm and helpful. Special mention ought to be made of Cristina, our housekeeper. She was thorough, kind and extremely helpful. We loved our stay.

The place was huge, we got a two bedroom, the location is anwesome and that’s where the good things end. There were no pods for the washer, elevator wasn’t working the entire time and we had no hot water for a whole day and night!
