Great neighborhood and very close to the Metro. Walking distance to many of the major sites. Staff was attentive and looked after one problem quickly. Rooms are compact but well designed. Bathroom was beautiful. Quiet.

Loved the quality of the bed linen and the beds were really comfortable. We also liked that there was a safe in the room. We had everything we needed and liked the access to a help-yourself locker to top-up toilet rolls/tea/coffee/towels - although here were no spare/clean mugs or any way of washing them ourselves (which was not the best for a 4 night stay). There was a service charge for them to be swapped - and for making/changing the beds which we didn't expect but this is probably something we should have checked when we booked! Great location and lovely people!

I loved my stay here. The room was perfect size for a solo traveler. I booked the Medium Room with Terrace and the terrace was gorgeous and HUGE. Comes with a table, two chairs, and an umbrella. The bathroom was as beautiful as the pictures show with the green marble. Everything was clean and updated. There are a few stairs before you get to the lift so beware if you have heavy luggage. The lift is also tiny and not air conditioned which is normal. Secure entry to the building and the room, daily free water. There’s a mini fridge, tea kettle, and assorted teas. They also have a wine opener and mugs/wine glasses. 10/10 overall and I’d definitely book with Numa again for future travels.
