A charming and elegant, newly renovated apartment located in a great central area of Rome, ideal for exploring the city thanks to the metro station right next to the building and Termini Station (about a 5-minute walk away).
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of a historic building.
Featuring two double bedrooms, each approximately 15 square meters, and a very large living room of about 18 square meters, the apartment guarantees comfort and convenience for our guests.

The space:

The interiors, recently renovated, have been designed with meticulous attention to detail, featuring LED spotlights that make the rooms very cozy.
It is a three-room apartment consisting of an entryway, two large double bedrooms, a spacious living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom.
Inside the apartment, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen complete with appliances such as a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric stovetop, kettle, toaster, and washing machine.
There’s a TV in both the living room and both bedrooms, a sleeper sofa, Wi-Fi throughout the entire home, air conditioning, and heating for the winter… in short, everything you need for a pleasant vacation.

Since it’s centrally located in Rome, you can reach the city’s main attractions from our apartment on foot or by public transportation.
