Just 250 meters from the Lucio Sestio Metro Line A station, ideal for reaching the center of Rome in less than 20 minutes.
Spacious, recently renovated 70-square-meter apartment with 2 large double bedrooms, a living room with a 60-inch TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a home office with Wi-Fi and high-speed fiber-optic internet.
Don Bosco - Tuscolana neighborhood—great for the wide range of local amenities, such as bars, restaurants, and grocery stores, as well as for its connections to Rome’s public transportation system.
The Space
The apartment is located on the first floor of a typical neighborhood building and is accessible via both a flight of stairs and an elevator.
It is an ideal accommodation for families with one or two children, couples, and digital nomads, offering two spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook and enjoy meals together, and a small living area where you can relax or simply unwind while watching TV.
Both bedrooms are equipped with split-system air conditioning for cooling in the summer or, if needed, for supplemental heating in the winter. One of the two bedrooms also features a remote work station equipped with a monitor and a docking station to which you can connect your laptop.
The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, and a small handheld showerhead next to the toilet serves as a substitute or alternative to a bidet.
The apartment also features a 5kg washing machine, a dishwasher, an iron, and a hair dryer to assist our guests who prefer to be self-sufficient in every way.
Guest Access
Access to the home is available via smart entry and/or self-check-in for those who prefer it.
Most of the time, however, I’ll try to be there when guests arrive to explain in detail how the house works and how the smart access system works.
