Great location in proximity to Ottaviano station and Vatican City. The room was perfect for us and very comfortable. Stefania and Valeria also were very helpful in arranging private drivers to and from the airport. Would absolutely stay again!!

The guesthouse is located within walking distance of Vatican. Homely streets with plenty of good restaurants nearby. The landlords made it a wonderful experience for us by helping arrange a smooth check-in, recommending local resources, and maintaining prompt contact throughout our stay. The room is clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Beautiful property! Walking distance to Vatican City and a short taxi ride into Rome’s city center. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The room was clean and so comfortable and Stefania was a wonderful host. Would definitely recommend this property! The check in and check out instructions were clear and easy to navigate. We never saw any staff including at check-in/check-out. Room was small but clean. A.C. worked minimally but was adequate for the moderate May temperatures. Great location and we could walk to everything. Needed three codes to get into the general building, our building and then our room which was a bit of a hassle at times.

The room was clean and location is great. However, the placement of the air conditioner was horrible, right behind the curtain that you that blocked all the air and kept the room warm. I somehow managed to lift the curtain up and manually tied it in a knot, but that meant closing the windows (that didn’t fully close and made the room bright at 6:00 a.m.) Also, didn’t like the fact that there were no “real people” available for any assistance. An AI WhatsApp chat is your local guide and not essentially very helpful.

This hotel is in an old stylish building. The rooms have been very well renovated. It was clean and today with everything we needed. There was a common room which was very well renovated and we were very happy with it. Our hostess Stefania was most helpful and hospitable. She made us feel at home. This boutique hotel gave very clear instructions from start to finish. It was very efficient.
