We were warmly received by Giorgia upon arrival to the Navona suites. Even though we were tired after a sleepless night of air travel, we were eager to listen to Georgia’s effusive recommendations and tips of places to visit. The hotel is extremely well located on the Piazza Navona. To the left of the hotel entrance is a lovely cafe with the best cappuccinos. The room is comfortable and quiet if you get a room facing the inside. The toilet is squared shape which was uncomfortable, but the shower was heavenly. Our only minor complaint was our room was not made up daily. As we were out most or the day, our room was not too messy , but after a long day of walking, one would appreciate a made up room. Overall, we recommend this hotel as a good value for your Roman holiday.

The hotel is in a great location and it nicely finished in a modern but simple style. It's the ideal hotel for someone wanting to explore Rome but also wanting a little time to relax. The room wasn't massive (but I don't think they are in Rome) but it was nicely decorated and very cosy. The best thing about the hotel was the staff and how helpful they were, we had an airport transfer pre-booked and they were kind enough to ring (being Italian speakers and I wasn't) and confirm the collection which was a huge help. They were always there is you needded advice or directions which made the stay so much nicer. Definitley recommending this hotel!

Great room and view in piazza Navona.

Amazing room with private sauna, jacuzzi and most important great balcony over piazza Navona. Room was big and comfortable.

Very close to every tourist attraction

All the major tourist attractions are max 20 - 30 mins walk. The beauty of it is you get to see many beautiful sites on your way to your destination so walking never gets boring. Hotel stafff are very accommodating, upgraded our room to a deluxe suite after an issue, but are not proactive about things. Good luck getting in after 11 if you’ve lost your key, hotel staff leave at 11 and nobody is there at all. So if you have any issues at night suck it up buttercup. Also there are no instructions about how to check in when you arrive - we struggled to find the buzzer and use that tiny elevator they have with our very heavy bags

The location is amazing, right near Piazza Navona and so easy to walk to so many other places. The room itself felt a bit off par - the jacuzzi behind the bed wasn’t totally clean (and didn’t work) and it just felt overall not as clean as you’d expect from the other reviews and pictures of the place. There is an opera singer who lives above the suites though which is cool to hear, and the staff is really nice. That said, probably wouldn’t stay here again but if you’re in need of an affordable option and don’t plan on spending much time in your hotel, this is a fine place.

Loved it!

Hard to find at first and don’t let the first impression get to you because inside is great! Staff were friendly and accommodating especially Alissia! If going back to Rome I would definitely stay here again as the location was perfect to get to all sightseeing/ food areas

Ok but wouldn't recommend

Fantastic location, walking distance to everything. The 'suites' themselves were quite disappointing, I booked a deluxe room but there was nothing Deluxe in my opinion. No storage space, bathroom could do with a really good clean and the bed was just a pull out bed, not an actual bed frame so was pretty uncomfortable. Staff were all very nice and extremly helpful.

Great hotel! Our window opened to the piazza Navons. Music all day! We loved it! Historical building, so a bit hard to find ( no signs allowed). Follow the address and you will be fine! Small but not too tight and you had everything you needed. The front desk ladies were exceptional. They couldn’t do enough for you!

Amazing service! Perfect location!

The area is perfect for roaming around Rome! Super safe, convenient and easy to navigate. Service at the hotel was superb. Beds are comfy, but rooms can be pretty small depending on which one you get. Go for the deluxe for a little more space.

They really need to stop advertising falsely. I obviously couldn’t stand the smoke smell and 30 mins later I checked out. I had to book a new hotel Metropolis, and for LESS I had, free breakfast, 24/7 assistance, NOT ONE BIT OF SMOKE in my room, room was large enough to unpack and stretch. But to make it WORSE I expressed my concern about my baby in the hotel and asked to check out and get a refund and they refused to give it to me, when they were te ones who really shouldn’t even be in business or advertise falsely. Savages... so they say that their policy is no refunds and I never got any documentation of that policy and of course they would say that because no one in their right mind would stay there knowing the real circumstances. I’m sure everyone who stayed, stayed because they were bullied and not given their money back. I never write reviews but I will take my sweet time to create an account on every website I can find and share this with everyone I can find on social media. This experience was disgusting to say the least. This hotel should go or if business for robbing people who are trying to have a good time with their family.

I booked a NON SMOKING hotel, and a NON SMOKING room. And when I arrived the hallways smelled like a smokers lounge. I have a baby, and I was not going to allow him to get sick on my trip, due to their disgusting hotel and lack of air quality control. It’s is extremely small, as in if you are claustrophobic, stay away... they can’t even pay their staff to be available 24/7. So the hotel closes after hours and you are forced to walk around the city with a stack of keys and open multiple doors to get in... as if that sound acceptable to anyone on vacation. So if I had to check out at 4am, I don’t see how that would have been possible without anyone there... we arrived and they didn’t even have a bell boy or cart to help with all the bags the hotel is so small you can’t comfortable unpack. It’s more like a hostil not luxury suites. They really need to stop advertising falsely. I obviously couldn’t stand the smoke smell and 30 mins later I checked out. Good location

Central to a lot of great tourism locations. Walkable to the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Trastevere, Colosseum, and Vatican. Area is safe and easy to locate. Look for the green door adjacent to restaurants. There is no reception/concierge during late night time, which was fine for us. It is a no-frills hotel, and allows you to stay with minimum requirements - bed & washroom. There is a flight of stairs to access, which was fine since we were traveling light - only one luggage for a couple, manageable.

The worst hotel. The rooms are nothing like the pictures, The bathroom was filthy and the room was so small. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.
