BREAKFAST was NON existant. A plastic wrapped sweet and machine dispensed coffee is NOT a "breakfast". Don't pretend it's a B&B when it's not. A cappuccino and a brioche at any nearby bar would be 100% better.

Close to everything. Inside needed alot of repairs. Black mold on ceiling in the bathroom. Freezer needed to be defrosted. No hot water on our last day. Had to take a cold shower. Bed was comfortable. Had to deal with a women in a next door apartment who was telling us we were too loud when it was before the curfew. She was rude and nasty and we were speaking out on the patio in a normal tone of voice.

Excellent place to stay to see Rome. Depending on how much walking you can do, you can even walk to the colosseum in under 40min. It’s only a 10-15min. walk to the Vatican. The grocery store next door plus the kitchenette make this a perfect home base for your whole trip. The manager was easy to communicate with over WhatsApp and extremely kind and helpful.

Great for someone just looking a place to sleep. Quiet hours are promptly at 9:00 pm- doesn’t matter if you’ve just gotten in or if you want to just hang out in the courtyard. Someone from the apartments above comes out to shush you at exactly 9:00. I thought our room was going to be cleaned every 3 days but sadly the sheets weren’t changed the whole time we were there-10 days. Photos show a room that the master is separated but it’s not. It’s one big open echoing room. Bathroom is small and could use updating. If you’re looking quiet away from everything this is it. If you stay up after 9:00 maybe not the best fit.

Great location! Walking distance to grocery, laundromat, restaurants, shops, the Metro train, and Vatican City. The apartment was clean, but the bathroom had mold on the ceiling that needs to be removed.

Lovely

Lovely small apartment style rooms in a residential area way from the old core of Rome and close to the Vatican. There are several neighborhood restaurants which were good and the hotel provides a boxed breakfast. There are limited hours on the front desk so if you are doing self check in you will need to let them know about what you want for breakfast and when. It was quiet and clean and the comfortable after the walking we did around the city.

Was very close to the sights of Rome. Person checking us in took the time to stay late and make sure we made it into the hotel with our flight arriving late. Breakfast was delivered and a nice local touch. Staff was friendly and made every effort to help communicate with us in English and use a translation app if we couldn’t figure it out.

Adelle, at reception, is pleasant and helpful. The room itself was disappointing. It has nice floors, but they were dirty. It has air conditioning, but it is too weak to have any effect on the temperature of the room (27C during our stay). It brought it to the attention of management but nothing was done. There was mold in the shower. The property description indicated rooms were cleaned every 2 days, but during our 3-night stay, there was no cleaning or towel replacement done. The location was great - a few minutes walk to the nearest subway station and close to the Vatican. This is not a hotel and it lacks many of the services of a traditional hotel.

This Expedia property, Morin 10 Suites in Rome is a -50 on a scale of 1-10. Completely oversold and way under delivered, we don’t feel safe. We are booked here for two nights. We didn’t stay the second night, we left and found another property. No AC, no fan, exterior doors will not close and LOTS of gang tagging on the walls across the street. Had to sleep with windows open for air circulation. I’m a seasoned traveler……I didn’t feel safe. I’d like a complete refund. The safety, open windows, no AC or circulating air. Pathetic.

There is only staff at the property until about 3:30, which makes it difficult if u need anything or have questions. The apartment was clean but the entrance area was messy and uninviting. The apartment advertised a patio area, however in the unit we got there was room for a tiny table and two chairs, the rest of the area had a huge skylight to the space below. The “patio “ also was separated by a partial wall, so not secure from the two other units on the floor. There was no a/c (apparently in Rome facilities cannot enable until the temp is 80, however the unit had no windows so was incredibly uncomfortable. We had to leave the patio door open at night…again accessible to the other units so not ideal. The shower was tiny, which seems is not unusual here, but it also did not drain properly so you had to turn it off most of the time or you were ankle deep in dirty water. We paid for the breakfast option which was a delivered boxed meal with very limited options. You can choose one thing from a sweet or savory list and then also got a juice and yogurt…we left 4 days of juice and yogurt when we left and a couple days with of the pastry…not an option I would pay for. The staff was friendly, but again not there very late so not accessible. The location was very close to the Vatican and pantheon, but the street seemed a little sketchy.

Apartment style room was clean and comfortable and we felt safe. We did not have AC. No instructions on how to use it. We slept with the windows open. Adele gave us good recommendations on a map. It would have been nice to have coffee.

This was a well-priced property (for Rome anyway) in good walking distance to the Vatican, Metro, restaurants and Rome as a whole. The receptionist was incredibly friendly, delivered breakfast to the suite every day. Bed was large and very comfortable. Downside was the bathroom- mouldy, damp and the shower head leaked water from everywhere other than where it was meant to flow from..Having said this, the price was very reasonable in a very extensive city to stay in.
