Poor service, great location

The room was cleaned daily, but tissues, bottled water, paper cups, coffee, and tea were not replaced. Eventually, we wrote a note to the cleaner. The location was great—close walking distance to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, restaurants, etc., 20-minute walk to the Colosseum.

Great location, the hotel staff was very welcoming. The room we got itself was located in an apartment of sorts and the reception is down the street. The staff were very welcoming, the building we were in had an elevator but from my understanding some of their buildings may not. The Trevi fountain was only a 5 minute walk from our place and there are tons of food options around. The area is busy with tourists so we did not feel unsafe walking around even at night.

I arrived past midnight, everything was sorted out electronically and i let myself in, priceless. That was 5 star. Room was clean, the only thing is there was no hotel vibe, it was more like renting a room. Its close to amenities and safe.

Okay but could be better

Locking mechanism on the door was faulty and didn't provide a level of comfort that the room was safe. No deadlick on the door whilst inside and no obvious fire instructions. Hotel lift is 100 years old and is scarier than the tower of tower at disney. Lift has no air conditioning and is a hot box in the summer. Room was in good condition, but phone didn't work and light plug was repaired with tape. Overall the experience was good just because of the bed and location. No news channels on the TV. Kitchenette and sink was a nice touch, which was very clean.

Family city break

The location of the apartment is perfect - super central, lots of restaurants around and all the big sights within walking distance. Inside the apartment was quite small. The lighting was dim - no main overhead lights you are using side lamps. The shower was good but there is no door just a curtain- ok for a couple but travelling with a teenage girl meant there was little privacy for her. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

Great room and location!

Room was very nice and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Loved the bathroom and the hotel was incredibly close to the trevi fountain but still away from the crowds so nice and quiet! There was a massive crack in the table which could’ve caused injury if we hadn’t noticed it. We also had a few issues with our door not locking. We went to the reception twice and on both occasions the staff were incredible blasé about the issue, something which I found quite frustrating when it came to the issue of safety!

The appartment was so nice. It was spotless and it was cleaned daily. Amazing air conditioning and water pressure too. I just found the front desk staff to be not very friendly. When we asked for help they helped but they seemed more annoyed than anything. It bothered me because we had spent so much money to stay In a nice place. I also had messaged them three times asking about booking a car from the airport and they just completely ignored my messages so I did it on my own. The little added extra help would make it five star.

Located close to metro station and main Rome attractions, Just minutes of walking to Spanish steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, etc. But on the other hand, this hotel might be a little hard to find during night time. So make sure to contact the hotel beforehand if you will have a late checkin.

Gorgeous property with great location. Staff was helpful in arranging our transportation from the port. We didn’t get the room I booked and was set on, however they did accommodate us by upgrading the room we were given. Communication was a little difficult and sparse.

The property location is very good, close to both Bus and Metro station. Most of the Rome attractions are within walking distance and you can avoid the traffic by walking. Lots of restaurant options along with breakfast options as well. Room was spacious for 3 and they also provided two bottles of complementary water which is a great gesture. However, even though the hotel description mentions elevator availability (we specifically looked for this option because of my injury), keep in mind, not all rooms have elevator access. It is up to your luck whether you get a room with elevator access or not (we were not lucky). This is deceiving in my opinion. Taking one star off for that. The front desk is not 24/7 available. So, if for some reason your flight or train is delayed, you may have some issues checking in. At the end, I would expect the front desk receptionist to be more professional and take ownership of the issues. During our visit, there was a water leak which caused the stone stairwell to be flooded. When we got this issue to the front desk person, he tried to shrug the issue of and tried to push us to use the flooded stairs (you dont even know if that is a toilet leakage). Taking two stars off because of this incident.
