The apartment is located on the third floor (with an elevator) in an elegant building in the Monteverde neighborhood, an area that offers every amenity and convenience. There are excellent connections to downtown via tram No. 8 or bus No. 44.
The apartment is very quiet and features one bedroom, one bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed, an open kitchen, and a small balcony. The wall colors have been carefully chosen to create a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, as has the furnishings.

The space

The apartment has been completely renovated and furnished with all the amenities. It is located on the third floor (with an elevator) of an elegant building in the Monteverde Nuovo neighborhood.

Within the Monteverde neighborhood, and specifically near the apartment, you’ll find several places to eat, from breakfast to after-dinner snacks. There’s a lovely, newly built park and a free water fountain.

There are several transportation options available, including tram 8, bus 44, and the H line. Each of these offers direct connections to the center of Rome, from Piazza Venezia to Trastevere and all the way to Termini Station. There’s also a taxi stand just a few meters away.

To ensure your maximum comfort, here is some useful information: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen, and linens are always at your disposal.
