What a wonderful place in the rooftops of Rome! Down a little alley, past your own fountain and lovely restaurants, up some stone steps (you'll be fit after this!) you'll find this gem. Beautifully kitted out with lovely aesthetic, this place is an oasis in the middle of the city. Two bathrooms was great for us. Everything worked well, there was someone to meet us on the day, Internet was strong and everything was close by. Bialetti coffee was a great way to start the day for me, but hubby went out to the many cafes to sample their cappuccinos.Yes there was building work on the roof, so during the day there was noise, but it got the teenagers up before midday, haha. And it didn't start until 8am, which was fine. There's a storage locker 3 minutes away for your last day if you are not heading for the airport straight away. For the host:- Maybe consider installing a lock box for keys. With just one set, we had to coordinate our timings when we weren't all together. - Tea towels would've been good in the kitchen (luckily I'd packed some)Thank you!

The good..The property is clean and well presented. The loacation is excellent close to attractions and bars restaurants. Check in was ok we did have to wait a short while.The bad...The property is located up 5 flights of uneven stairs (this is in the listing so cant moan too much). The building is under renovation with scaffolding everywhere and large amounts of dust. Be warned the bars and restaurants and clubs nearby are extremely loud until very late. We struggled to get any sleep as the music from the bars went on until past 0300 in the morning followed by the builders starting work within the building at 0500. This made for a dissappointing experience overall.

So happy that we found this apartment. There were 4 adults (2 couples) that stayed here. The unit was very clean and comfortable. There are stairs to get the apartment, but we looked at it as great exercise. Very close to all the attractions, restaurants, cafes, bakeries and grocery store. We walked everywhere. Our Uber driver was unable to get to our street, but it was no problem meeting him a block away when we left. Would stay here again.

This apartment is in a perfect location for visiting Rome. The only downside is carrying luggage up many stairs. But, once you’re there it’s perfect.

Jewel in the old city center

Very neat and nicely decorated apartment in the very center of the old city, combining centuries old charm and modern comforts. Easiest check in process, flexible and personable. Walking distance accessibility to all the sights, nearby coffee shops and small restaurants. Just a marvel! Beware of the apartment being on the top floor. Pack light! There is no elevator.

Great location and place

This was a great unit and very true to the pictures. You can’t beat the location, which was a quick walk to Navona and many other shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Easy check in as well. Be warned however that the building is old and its 3 flight walk up with no elevator. This isn’t trivial when you take into account hot summer weather, etc. if I had to do it again, I would probably prefer a unit with less stairs to manage each time we left, but I can’t complain about this as the listing did disclose this and it is as the pictures advertise.

Property was as advertised. Cute little apartment in a great neighborhood. We weren’t prepared to climb 4 flights of stairs with luggage but appreciated the help by property manager. If anything could be improved, I’d recommend more essential items like extra towels, paper towels, etc.

Enjoyed our stay!

3 night stay. Arrived Saturday, and Saturday night there was quite a bit of street noise from a nearby restaurant or ‘club’/bar. Sunday and Monday nights were not an issue. Apartment was clean and appeared as pictured/advertised. Interior seemed to be recently updated. My daughter really enjoyed sleeping in the loft area, but if you’re tall, you need to be careful near top of stairs so you don’t bump your head on a beam. Did not do any cooking. Communication from and with host was good. Representative from the host company met us at the apartment to show us around and give us the keys. Final installment of payment, as well as city tax, was also done at this time. Options to make final payment by cash, credit card, or PayPal. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend this property. Thank you to our hosts!!

Loved our little corner of Rome

We loved our stay! Listing looks exactly as the pictures and was very clean and comfortable. Communication was great, with the owner assisting with multiple questions from me prior to arrival, such as the best way to get to the property from the airport. Matteo reached out multiple times on the day of arrival to ensure he was there to meet us without delay. He was very personable, showed us what we needed to know about the property and provided some food recommendations. We loved the location because it was off the main road and a bit away from the congested areas yet easily walkable to pretty much anywhere. We even walked 25 min to the Colosseum, the furthest walk we had. Many restaurants and bars within a few yards so we didn’t have to go far. Remember this is a city so it can be a little noisy in the night and morning so bring ear plugs if you are a very light sleeper. I did and slept like a baby. Also, as it mentions, there are a few flights of stairs as this is a charming old building without an elevator. Matteo kindly assisted us with luggage. Would definitely stay again!!

Piece of paradise.

This apartment was stunning. It was very clean. I loved the original stonework alongside the modern. You are right in the heart of the historic area The host was wonderful. He showed us different sites to see and they were wonderful. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

Perfekter Rückzugsort im Herzen von RomWir (Vater mit drei Teenagern im Alter von 15 bis 17 Jahren) haben sechs Nächte in diesem wunderbaren Apartment verbracht und die Zeit sehr genossen.Ein besonderer Pluspunkt sind die zwei Badezimmer mit jeweils einer Dusche, was mit drei Teenagern einfach Gold wert ist und den Morgen sehr entspannt gemacht hat.Die Klimaanlage hat uns an den schwülen Spätsommertagen einen kühlen und ruhigen Rückzugsort geboten. Auch die allgemeine Geräuschkulisse ist angenehm ruhig. Nur am Freitag- und Samstagabend hört man, dass in den umliegenden Straßen gefeiert wird – das ist in einer so zentralen Lage aber auch normal. Was es gar nicht gibt, ist Verkehrslärm.Das absolute Highlight der Wohnung ist aber die fantastische Lage. Man ist wirklich mittendrin, kann alles zu Fuß erkunden und hat trotzdem eine Oase der Ruhe.Insgesamt ist die Wohnung ein echter Wohlfühlort, den wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen können.
