The space
The apartment is laid out as follows:

- Upon entering, you’ll find the spacious living room featuring a desk with high-speed Wi-Fi, a double sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, and a smart TV.
- A kitchenette with electric stovetop and oven, microwave, moka pot, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and everything you need for cooking. A large wooden table for dining.
- From the living room or the bedroom, you can access the balcony with a beautiful view of the city, featuring a table with 4 chairs.
- First double bedroom with a window, luggage rack, and closet
- In the hallway is the first bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink
- Second double bedroom with a private bathroom featuring a shower, toilet, bidet, and sink

The floors are hardwood except in the bathrooms
Air conditioning, heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a washing machine are available

Covered parking is available; 15 euros per night
Guest access
When staying at our apartment, you’ll have access to the entire apartment. Upon check-in, we’ll give you the keys so you can come and go as you please during your stay.
Other things to keep in mind
- Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. If you plan to arrive earlier, please let us know in advance; we’ll do our best to accommodate you. For arrivals after 10:00 PM, a surcharge of 30.00 euros will apply. Please note that on the day of departure, the apartment must be vacated by 10:00 AM.

- The tourist tax is included in the price you paid through Airbnb and amounts to €6.00 per night per person (children under 10 are free).

- Please follow the basic rules of etiquette that everyone observes in their own home and to ensure a peaceful living environment within the apartment building: respect quiet hours from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and after 10:00 PM.

- Upon your arrival, you will be greeted by me or one of my colleagues. In any case, we speak English and will be happy to explain how to use everything in the house and how to enjoy the neighborhood.

- Sheets and towels are provided.
