The most impressive and responsive management we have ever seen. Emilia was so incredibly kind and thoughtful and even brought us a box of pastries on our son't 18th birthday, having remembered from when I initially booked it that we would be there for it. The place itself is so lovely-elegant, clean, so well-equipped, she even stocked it in advance with a ton of water, bread, butter, milk, pasta, chocolates, coffees, etc. And they have extra slippers, razors, toothbrush kits, tons of towels, earplugs, etc. Truly remarkable. The place itself is so centrally located but on a quiet side street so you don't get woken up. Right across the street is a grocery store and a pharmacy, of course there are two gelato places right there. The rooftop terrace is the gem. You can see Vatican City and a panoramic view of Rome. Wonderful for lounging with a book or hosting a dinner for your new Roman friends. We hadn't been to Rome in years, but were so taken by the warmth and friendliness of the people. One minor note, there is a church bell right next door, almost attached to this building that is VERY loud and goes off a few times each day, not after 6-7pm usually but we were there for Easter week so it was chiming a lot. Overall, we would stay there again and again and send Emilia and the team our eternal gratitude for all of the many kindnesses.

Beautiful apartment within 2 minutes of Trastevere. Beautifully renovated historic building with top floor terrace that was breathtaking. Modern kitchen and bathrooms and every possible amenity and furnishing was right there. Juno was incredibly communicative and helpful before and during the stay. Whole family looking forward to coming back for a longer stay in the future.

Clean, modern, central flat with great customer service

Centrally located in a doorman building. Comfortable 4 bedroom-3 bathroom with lovely rooftop terrace. Lovely hostess, easy check in. Lots of additional plusses, like free water in the fridge and many snacks, dental kits, eyeshades, slippers etc. Highly recommend.

Fantastic apartment!

This was an absolutely fantastic apartment and Juno was the perfect host. If you're hosting a large group in Rome look no further. We will definately be staying with her again on the next trip! One note. The APT is right next to a bell tower. It rings at 7 am. It's not that loud and actually quite beautiful. If you are a light sleeper and staying in the primary bedroom it will wake up. None of the other people staying with us even noticed it!

Winter break in Rome

The apartment was spacious, light filled, super comfortable with every amenity you would need. The location was excellent and an easy walk to most everywhere - whole family of 6 agreed that the area is our favorite out of all the places we’ve stayed in Rome and the apartment is the best. Juno, the host, is very responsive to any questions. Her recommendations were spot on and she helped us arrange transportation from the airport and to our train. Our stay included NYE and the view of the fireworks from the terrace was incredible. Can’t say enough good things about our experience.

Juno was a wonderful host. Her flat is amazing and is worth every penny. Everything we needed was provided. It was very clean, comfortable and well organized. The outdoor rooftop patio is absolutely amazing. The neighborhood is very safe and well located to stores, shops, restaurants and attractions. 10 out of 10. We would absolutely rent again.

We came to Rome with our family to visit our grandson who is taking a semester abroad at a university in the Trastevere area. The location of the apartment was ideal - close to the school, Campo de Fiori and other sights. Excellent restaurants just steps away. Juno, the property manager, /was a dream to deal with. Juno even helped arrange transportation for us from the airport, so we had no problem finding the apartment. She was at the apartment when we arrived and gave us all the information about the apartment. The apartment is a dream, and our family of 6 was comfortable and had the best time! This is a wonderful apartment, and exceeded my expectations

The apartment is beautifully renovated and decorated, with lots of light and plenty of space. I didn't realize from the ad, but it has a piano which is tuned and an awesome surprise! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and serve, plus all sorts of little extras. The building is clean with friendly staff. The location is excellent - five minutes to the Pantheon, and five minutes to Trastevere, with a small grocery half a block from the apartment, which had everything I could have needed. A busy neighborhood, but not in the heart of the crowds which are only a few m minutes walk away, and yet an abundance of places to eat, shop and see. It felt safe at night. The outdoor terrace is gorgeous. Views, beautiful sitting areas and an outdoor shower. It is literally next to the bell tower of the church adjacent to the building, and they do chime every so often, which are not quiet, but amazing. I've never seen something like that so close and I loved the experience. From inside the apartment, they just sound like normal lovely church bells. Overall, this was one of the nicest homes I have rented, and more beautiful than any hotel room that would have cost 3 or 4 times as much (or more). I can't wait to return to Rome, and I know exactly where I will stay! Thanks to Juno for being a perfect host, she was organized, on time to meet me, totally accessible and very kind and friendly. FIVE STARS!! Mille Grazie!!
