The property was not as described on the advertisement. There was no Internet. No no balcony. No City view. When asked where we could park. The attendant seemed less interested in answering our Question than attending to whatever she was doing on her computer. This property is a sublet. Seems they have parking on side, but do not offer it to anybody renting the property. The attendant was rude, and she didn’t care what we needed. What we had or didn’t have. The property is in expensive, but in a neighborhood I would probably not stay in again. Next time I would rather pay more.

Check in was confusing. I was let in by the cleaning lady who had to track down the proprietor. I was eventually given my keys and able to put my luggage away. The room was small but clean and comfortable. I slept well for the one night I spent there. There was no breakfast though which was disappointing.

Comfortable stay. Room was being cleaned and tidied daily. Excellent location, walkable to Vatican museum and St. Peter Basilica. Metro station is only 3-5mins away and 5mins walk to the shopping mall from metro station and also there's a supermarket at the basement of the mall. Arjona, the lady who checked us in was very helpful and accommodating. She'd had given us useful informations while during our stay in Rome/Vatican.. food, tourist spot.. etc. We had encountered some issues during our stay but it was attended immediately and won't not affect our 5star review. Arjona os an excellent host. Highly recommended.

The guesthouse was very clean and the staff were very kind and there was very good communication. The location is very convenient for someone like me who was mainly there for the Vatican city and Jubilee Year pilgrimage. The had a well equipped kitchen with seating area for use and the bed was comfortable. For the price the room is well worth it. The only complaint I had was about the noise level inside of the guesthouse. If other guests are coming in late or are up at night you can hear everything and it can get loud. You do get a set of keys and have to go in and out of a couple apartment doors but nothing one cannot get used to. As a solo traveler I did enjoy my stay!

Extremely friendly host. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, just have to ask or look in the fridge. Terrace was an excellent benefit. Location was perfect if you want to visit the Vatican, and not far by bus or metro from anywhere else you’d want to go. VERY close to the train station - getting to the airport was a breeze. Comfy bed. Would stay again!

Great stay

I was welcomed and shown my room and in the morning I had breakfast and given a map of the areas I wanted to see. I was ready to check out earlier than breakfast the next morning and I called and he responded right away to tell me not to worry, that my bags would be fine until I came back. He even told me how to take the bus system. I was welcomed and I felt comfortable the whole time.

Walking distance to the Metro. Within 20- 25 minutes to Museu do Vaticano. The room clean and staff polite and helpful. It was difficult first to find. Located in apartment building on first floor. Great restaurant within waking distance. Yes I would recommend.

Nice and clean... Easy to find from metro or railway station Valle Aurelia....only 3 minutes to walk. If you want best advice to visit Rome there is one name on Magna Cura ...Fabrizio. He also will prepare your breakfast careful acording much attention to details. Nice person to talk about it....
