Check in was confusing. I was let in by the cleaning lady who had to track down the proprietor. I was eventually given my keys and able to put my luggage away. The room was small but clean and comfortable. I slept well for the one night I spent there. There was no breakfast though which was disappointing.

Comfortable stay. Room was being cleaned and tidied daily. Excellent location, walkable to Vatican museum and St. Peter Basilica. Metro station is only 3-5mins away and 5mins walk to the shopping mall from metro station and also there's a supermarket at the basement of the mall. Arjona, the lady who checked us in was very helpful and accommodating. She'd had given us useful informations while during our stay in Rome/Vatican.. food, tourist spot.. etc. We had encountered some issues during our stay but it was attended immediately and won't not affect our 5star review. Arjona os an excellent host. Highly recommended.

The guesthouse was very clean and the staff were very kind and there was very good communication. The location is very convenient for someone like me who was mainly there for the Vatican city and Jubilee Year pilgrimage. The had a well equipped kitchen with seating area for use and the bed was comfortable. For the price the room is well worth it. The only complaint I had was about the noise level inside of the guesthouse. If other guests are coming in late or are up at night you can hear everything and it can get loud. You do get a set of keys and have to go in and out of a couple apartment doors but nothing one cannot get used to. As a solo traveler I did enjoy my stay!

The property was not as described on the advertisement. There was no Internet. No no balcony. No City view. When asked where we could park. The attendant seemed less interested in answering our Question than attending to whatever she was doing on her computer. This property is a sublet. Seems they have parking on side, but do not offer it to anybody renting the property. The attendant was rude, and she didn’t care what we needed. What we had or didn’t have. The property is in expensive, but in a neighborhood I would probably not stay in again. Next time I would rather pay more.

Avoid at all costs — filthy and dishonest. 1. Sketchy neighborhood, not Vatican Prati; misrepresents proximity to major attractions (St. Peter’s Basilica, advertised as a 15-mins walk; 26 mins per Google). 2. Unacceptable cleanliness. The kettle had black buildup (photos taken after the first wash show residue coming off). It was so unsanitary that we avoided using any cups and even slept fully clothed. The shower gel dispenser was empty, and no coffee maker as advertised. 3. No clear instructions for check-in, and difficult to locate within a complex of multiple buildings, with no indication it is in Building A. 4. The host was dishonest and charged us extra. We are 2 adults and 2 kids, but the kids were somehow not included in the booking. At check-in, the host demanded €20 per child in addition to city taxes. This made no sense—we booked a quadruple room (one queen, two twins) advertised to accommodate up to 5 people. We were willing to pay if this was a standard policy, but when we checked Expedia, the price difference between 2 adults vs 2 adults + 2 kids was only 12 USD. After we pointed this out, the host changed the story, claiming €14 per child for towels, bed sheets, slippers, etc. When we said we hadn’t even opened the slippers, she changed her explanation again, saying slippers were free. Ridiculous—does that mean guests booking a room with 1+bed must only use one bed or be charged extra for touching other beds?!

スタッフは不在の時間が多いけれど、連絡は付くし、対応は丁寧。 キッチンの皿を使えるので、スーパーで買ってきたもので夕飯や朝食を取れる。 共用冷蔵庫もある。食事スペースも綺麗。 ただ、ご利用の際は、近所にとてもよく似た建物があるので番地を覚えて確認してください。渡された鍵が開かなくてとても不安になりましたが、間違えているのは自分でした😅

Fungerer fint for overnatting. Det er litt langt å gå til området med restauranter som ligger nærmere inngangen til Peterskirken. Uber og taxi gidder ikke ta de korte turene heller på kveldstid så man må regne med å gå 15-20 minutter hvis man skal ut å spise. Fint rom med balkong, men endel trafikk i gaten utenfor.

すぐ隣にガソリンスタンドがあり食事も少し歩けば何軒かお店があります。少し先に全く同じ作りの所があり番地を見ないと間違えますが鍵が合わず入れませんのでその時は番地を確認！バチカン美術館には徒歩でも行けますが階段登ったり坂道を下ったりしますので時間指定が有るなら早めに向かわれた方が良いです（日中は坂道が物凄く人で混み合います ）
