Good and fast service. And close to the metro. But the bed was extremely hard! No wardrobe and bad water pressure.

Hot tub had almost no water pressure on hot. Switched it to cold and it worked just fine but that defeats the purpose of a hot tub. Would’ve taken hours to fill the tub and enjoy it. I tried to shower, the whole handle came off the wall. The blue sky and clouds above the shower is only printed paper, not a skylight. The bed is hard and doesn’t even fit the bed frame correctly and they will only give u one pillow on arrival. Paint is chipping everywhere i bet this room has a mold problem due to the moisture bc the shower, sauna and hot tub. Also, not in a good area. It stinks like piss all along the streets to get to the restaurants in this area. My husband and I didn’t end up staying here for the two nights we were supposed to

Nice room with good facilities private spa and sauna but really hard arrival never received the instruction to get inside by email as mention in the description we had to contact hotel.com they contacted the host for us because we add sim plan for data only you need a cel phon and add application to be able get inside the room we was waiting 1h30 front of door before the agent can fix it for us Siggestion put key box outside the bullding and send the code to the client by email before the check in time

Sono una viaggiatrice sola, mi sono concessa un weekend di relax e non potevo fare scelta migliore. Atmosfera fuori dal tempo, forse avrei apprezzato una cuffietta per la doccia o un accappatoio al posto del telo grande, però niente di grave. Ho apprezzato l'acqua nel frigo. Anche un bollitore elettrico sarebbe stato cosa gradita ma giustamente è una stanza un po' fuori dal tempo quindi forse avrebbe stonato. Non ho acquistato la colazione poiché sono vegana quindi ho preferito farla altrove. Sento di aver vissuto una notte indimenticabile. Qualche appunto: l'accesso con app lo trovo un po' scomodo, meglio la classica chiave, o forse sono io un po' vintage. Avrei anche aggiunto delle istruzioni stampate in camera per l'idromassaggio e la sauna, poiché hanno diverse funzioni e per chi come me non è avvezzo risultano un po' complesse almeno al primo utilizzo. Comunque sono stati gentilissimi nel rispondere alle mie domande su whatsapp. Letto comodissimo, ho dormito una favola, gli specchi molto belli ed in posizioni tattiche, peccato non averli sfruttati con nessuno :D tornerò per provare le altre suite sicuramente. Alla prossima!

Die Klima funktionierte anfangs nicht. Es läuft alles über Anweisungen per WhatsApp und über eine App. Es ist sehr unpersönlich und hackt einige Male im Detail (Außentür öffnet sich nicht, Klima lässt sich nicht starten, Whirlpool Funktionen sind vorhanden müssen aber selbst erkundet werden). Hier wäre eine Alternative kurze Erklärbideos anzufertigen und/oder Manuels aufzulegen). Egal wir haben damit allerdings viel Zeit vergeudet und auch Urlaubsfreude. Suite Ansicht war in einem richtig coolen Design! Anbindung an U-Bahn war gut, trotzdem schon eher ganz am Ende der Linie A was doch längere Fahrzeiten bedeutet, vorallem da die Öffis sehr unzuverlässig waren.
