O apartamento é MUITO confortável, com 1 suite e 1 quarto com banheiro social, cozinha ampla e totalmente equipada com lava louça e lava roupas. O apartamento fica um pouco distante do metro porém tem opções de alimentação, mercado e farmácia próximos.
