Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Host cancelled on us literally 2 minutes before check in after travelling 2 days from Canada and left us out in the street. VRBO took great care of us but do not book through this host! She said there was a natural disaster and the apartment wasn’t safe to stay in. We were at the building and spoke to the man there and there’s no issues with the building. I tried messaging for days before our trip and never heard back. I can’t rate the cleanliness of the apartment since I didn’t actually see the apartment. This caused us so much stress as there was 8 of us to get housing for. However VRBO SUPPORT WAS AMAZING AND PUT US IN A HOTEL AND FOUND US OTHER OPTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM AND TOOK GREAT CARE OF US!
