Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Despite me writing several times with questions about our entry codes, I received not one reply from the hosts. On the day of our arrival I phoned the host who hung up on me and then blocked my calls! VRBO support finally contacted host and was told we did not meet their age restriction. We booked six weeks in advance, and we are 65 and 73, and our booking was confirmed! We were left driving between Naples and Rome with no accommodation for that night. I am furious with this irresponsible host.
