The apartment is very cute . The property location is amazing . Leonardo could not be nicer. The only thing I would ask is more than 1 towel per person for a week. A regular coffee pot would be nice. More coffee cups could be used. You must have all your own soaps, shampoo, conditioner, washing machine soaps. But a great place to stay

Perfect size , location

The location can not be better , restaurants, groceries, transportation are a few steps away . 2 air conditioning, we were there when record heat hit Rome , inside was perfectly cool. Leonardo was a text away for anything we needed with fast response. Coming back here again for sure ! Oh and the water pressure of shower is perfection 😊

Tourism accommodation

Perfect location, close to tourist attractions, gastronomic district. Apartment is a good size for 4 adults, 1 bathroom. Air conditioning, beds, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer in good working order. Internet with good speed. The TV had no internet connection, so it was only possible to access TV channels in Italian. According to the owner, the cable was damaged and the cable was not replaced. There was no microwave oven. When the owner was questioned, he informed that it was the equipment that was on the bench. For us it was a small electric oven and not a microwave oven. Kitchen equipment is very simple, for students. Precarious household items. Unfortunately, there was no broom and the vacuum cleaner was broken. The refrigerator and freezer had excess ice, I conclude that it was not cleaned for our stay. Several damaged kitchen utensils: cutting board, salad bowl, blunt knives, damaged wooden spoon, large cups (for coffee), plastic placemats in no condition to use. Bath, adapted equipment, without good sealing. Bathing for 3 adults left the entire floor wet, having to dry. Overall it is a good apartment. I ask Leonardo to improve the kitchen equipment, it was much lower than expected.
