The property is in a very good, quiet place. The place was very clean. The person in charge was always aware of everything. The only thing I didn't like about the property was the darkness. It doesn't have a window. It's a very dark hole, but everything was fine.

This is an apartment converted into three rooms with the kitchen area as the check-in. Stefano is the perfect host and while it is a little hard to find since it is a buzzer to an apartment building, the directions were very clear and Stefano was available when we had questions. The courtyard to the apartment was under construction but when it is done it will be lovely with lemon trees and lots of outdoor space. The room itself was small but very clean. It was great to be able to drop off our bags and get an espresso after a long flight and the price was excellent. It is in the area of Trastevere that is a little more gritty and where the students live but it is an easy bus to the better restaurants and the rest of Rome.

The room was beautifully decorated, and extras were appreciated! The location close to Trastevere was beautiful. I found the noise in the middle of the nighttime from outside and neighbours to be very loud so ended up using ear plugs. But the price was perfect! Would recommend for sound sleepers.

Really lovely place to stay

What a beautiful apartment…clean, cosy, well equipped and really good, safe location. We booked the airport shuttle service and Stefano picked us up. He was so lovely and gave us tips for our stay. Highly recommend accommodation and shuttle service.

I absolutely loved the Lighthouse. It was an ideal hotel to stay in while visiting Rome. It is to be noted that all communication of via WhatsApp as there isn’t a front desk, check in is virtual. I would definitely stay again!

Perfect Location

Lighthouse Suites has a great location, lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, and very close to a tram and buses. It was an easy journey into the main part of Rome, and also to Vatican City. I liked being in a quiet neighborhood, but also loved the convenience of this location

Great stay, the place was comfortable, secure, clean and we had a really fun time. The ‘H’ bus runs straight from Termini station (links to the airports) straight to the front door. The owners even WhatsApp’d a video of how to gain access to the apartment. The apartment itself is quiet, comfortable and very agreeable. It is just a nice room with a TV, coffee machine and everything you need. The bathroom is nice and well appointed. It’s everything you need for a day or three away. The area is fabulous, good tram and bus links to Rome, fabulous and affordable shops, cafes and even a garden centre nearby. We never saw the the owner, but communication was top notch and he was very helpful. The place was very affordable too, seriously, what’s not to love? Local restaurants were recommended by the owner, really authentic, great value and a great experience. The local tiramisu shop is a reason to visit in itself!!! Highly recommended, we had great fun and you will too.
