A few steps from the Monte Mario railway station and well connected to the city center by public transport, the house is also in a strategic position for those who need to easily reach the Gemelli Hospital.
The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people and consists of a bright double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and a functional kitchen equipped with everything you need.
But the real jewel of the house is the panoramic terrace: a large outdoor space where Rome gives you its best light. Here you can have breakfast with clear skies above you, relax at sunset with a good glass of wine or dine under a starry sky. It's the perfect place for a rejuvenating break after a day in the city, or simply to let yourself be lulled by the neighborhood's silence and the evening breeze.

Alloggio nei pressi dell'ospedale Gemelli. Consiglio di prendere il trenino per raggiungerlo o con Uber che costa tra i 10 e i 15€. L'alloggio era davvero ben pulito. C'era tutto il necessario in cucina e nel bagno. Smart TV e connessione internet. Procedura check in completamente automatizzata e fattibile da smartphone. Cancello e porta si possono aprire on line o manualmente per i meno tecnologici. Camera da letto e soggiorno entrambe con porta, quindi in caso di viaggio con due coppie la privacy è garantita. Bagno un po' datato ma funzionale. Meravigliosa (ma molto molto trascurata) terrazza piena di fioriere. Si dorme bene la notte ma se i vicini alzano un po' il tono di voce li si sente distintamente. Parliamo di un secondo piano senza ascensore con scale non adatte (parlo degli angoli tra le rampe) a persone anziane o con problemi di deambulazione. Presente nelle due camere l'aria condizionata.
