It is very close to the major attractions, the room is big and clean, staff are super nice and friendly. Except the building is not new, but so does 99% buildings in Rome, so can’t complain it. Definitely will come back.

The view from this room was outstanding and the location was superb! Even though it is located on the main road next to the Tiber River, it was very quiet and we slept very well! The bed was comfortable as were the pillows and our room was cleaned everyday. The bathroom was a bit peculiar with the slanted ceiling and the half shower door but we made it work! It was always cleaned as well so we cannot complain. The espresso machine in the hallway was a perfect was to start our morning! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for having us!

The only reason I’m rating this a 4 is because the room was clean and I loved getting fresh towels daily, the area was a great spot for walking allllllll of Rome….However, I did not get the room I booked which was very disappointing for our 2 boys. I booked a room with a double bed and two twin beds so they could have their own space at night. The room we got was a double bed and a pull out couch for them to share. I reached out to ask for assistance through the email provided, as we were never at the place during their desk hours, and never received a response.

The property is not really a Hotel, more an AirBNB apartment solo style inside a building. I guess the owner bought a few rooms and turned them into AirBNB style. Therefore, there is no real amenities there. The room itself served its purpose as we were there mostly for sleeping, but it was small, cramped, no desk to work on the computer (I had to use the "hotel" desk for that. but the location is good. Close to the Vatican and other interests place in Rome, restaurant, stores, etc. This, no problem. Just don't mind the place and just use it to sleep.
