Perfect location, wonderful staff! Hot water in shower worked intermittently 1 minute hot then 1 minute cold. 5 Euro breakfast ticket for Cafe Nero was a great deal! Highly recommend location, walked to all major sights.

The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful. The location was amazing. Easy access to many historic locations, shopping and food. They had a deal with a local restaurant for a reasonably priced breakfast. 5 euros for cappuccino, yogurt, a pastry, and juice.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful with a good knowledge for transportation and activities. They were very willing to help with any of our needs. The ficility is located in a beautiful area. You do have to walk to town on a major road but it is only about a 1/4 m to the beach and town. Downhill.

The rooms are totally weird shapes and we had no window, but it was clean and in a good location. Also the AC unit blew right onto the bed, which might be a plus for some people, but was a huge minus to me; I had to turn it off. Staff were nice.

The property had a last minute maintenance issue with our reserved apartment however they accommodated us smoothly to a new apartment for the first night, then moved our luggage and settled us into the initial apartment. Both apartments were very comfortable. We will contact them for our next Rome visit. Their recommended restaurant was our best meal in Rome.

I was really surprised by the size of the room. I expected it to be small since it was in Rome, but it turned out to be large and spacious. It was well maintained and very beautiful. The transportation connections were excellent, with easy access to restaurants and many places within walking distance. Overall, it was very convenient and well located.

It is very close to the major attractions, the room is big and clean, staff are super nice and friendly. Except the building is not new, but so does 99% buildings in Rome, so can’t complain it. Definitely will come back.

Location, location, location!! This hotel is in the middle of everything. The hotel was clean. We didn’t interact with staff, as we were up and out everyday before they arrived. It doesn’t have tons of amenities, but we only needed a clean comfortable bed to sleep in. We were in Rome to see all the sites not to sit in a hotel room. I would definitely stay here again.

I liked the location of this place very convenient and very close to most of the tourist attractions just walking distance. I don’t like that the toilet bowl has a yellow stain and very noticeable. The toilet, bidet and the shower are very close to each other and very hard to move around.

Great location for walking to most attractions, especially Vatican City, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, and Castel Sant'Angelo. Room was clean, bathroom updated, mattress was comfortable and A/C worked well. Felt a little dark as window was surrounded by higher buildings, but we weren't in our room much anyway. They give you three real keys (door to room, door to floor, and main door) so you have to carry those around. Not close to any metro stations, but a couple of bus stations nearby which we took to Colosseum/Palatine area b/c that was a 35 min walk.
