Overpriced hotel and amenities doesn’t seem enough for the price. i would still let that slide considering that’s what i consciously purchased, but this property is next to Hotel Quirinale which i think hosts some Live performances and music which is too loud and runs till 11pm-12midnight, and causes nuisance for sleep deprived travelers, like me, that too with family and kids

We booked this property for a one night stay in Rome prior to our departure the next day. Prior to our arrival we received a notification that the hotel was overbooked and they had to cancel our reservation. We basically were stranded in Rome at 10 PM at night without lodging so we never stayed there but we would not recommend this place since they Are not reliable when we spoke to the front desk they did not even initiate the cancellation for us to receive the refund we had to go through the process of contacting Expedia to get our money back.

Helt ok personal och rum men ACn fungerade inte i någon av våra två rum. Det här var i över 40 graders värme och det enda de sa var ”maila den här adressen så kommer kanske hjälp i morgon” (när vi skulle hem). Konstigt nog fungerade den i matsalen (frukosten) men den var abbonerad dagen efter för privat event. Detta förstörde tyvärr en del av resan för oss.

Fint hotell med veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening. Fra vi sjekket inn til vi dro. Både i resepsjon, til frokost, og de som gjorde rent. Beliggenheten gjør at det er enkel tilkomst til severdigheter med buss eller Metro. Litt trange og varme rom. Det er det siste som trekker litt ned

Mycket bra frukost buffe. Supertrevlig och kundfokuserad personal bl a kyparen Asik på 9:e våningen. Hotellet ligger mycket centralt med gångavstånd till många sevärdigheter. Stort rum i två plan för 3-4 personer. Tyst och mycket bra ljuddämpning av fönster. Renlighet och städning i toppklass. Många lampor i belysningen fungerade dock inte. Bra supermarknad "Tigre" som låg 200 m till vänster om hotellet. Tips att alltid begära användning av taxameter vid taxiresor. Vi fick en solig och superfin 4 nätters vistelse på detta hotel som vi varmt kan rekommendera. Vår bokning genom Hotels.com fungerade utmärkt. Bifogat foto på kyrktornet är taget från den ljuvliga inglasade restaurangen på 9:e våningen.
