Overpriced hotel and amenities doesn’t seem enough for the price. i would still let that slide considering that’s what i consciously purchased, but this property is next to Hotel Quirinale which i think hosts some Live performances and music which is too loud and runs till 11pm-12midnight, and causes nuisance for sleep deprived travelers, like me, that too with family and kids

ロケーションは最高だと思います 古いホテルのためか、下水の匂いがしました 電気ポット、ドライヤーフリーの紅茶、インスタントコーヒーはありました 朝食はこんなものかな～くらいですが、満足しました 星4つとなっていましたが、3つかなぁ～？値段は4つかなぁ～(-_-;) 近くにスーパー、コンビニあって地下鉄駅近くで徒歩で行ける観光地もあり、6日いましたが、地下鉄は6回しか使わす、歩き回ってました。 ホテルではアジア系の人は1人も出会いませんでした。フロントの方は英語は話せます。私たちは日本語しか話せませんが、今は翻訳アプリがあるのでー 料金がもう少し安ければ大満足でしたが、円安のせいかもです(ノ_･､)

Sehr heruntergekommen, massiv verschlimmelte Decke, die Türe der Dusche fehlt. Nicht das Zimmer erhalten, dass wir gebucht hatten. Eckliger Gestank im Zimmer, schmutzig, schmuddelig, Personal unbemüht. Der Standort war der einzige Lichtblick. Verglichen mit anderen Hotels mit der gleichen Leistung massiv schlechter. Das Geld ist es nicht wert. Würde ich niemandem empfehlen.

Séjour assez décevant pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. L’accueil à la réception a été particulièrement médiocre : personnel peu aimable, pas souriant et vraiment pas accueillant. Au moment de payer la taxe de séjour, on nous a demandé 60€ alors qu’elle devait être de 45€ (7,50€ par personne et par nuit). J’ai dû insister pour qu’ils vérifient, et finalement ils ont reconnu que c’était bien 45€. Ce n’est pas très rassurant de devoir vérifier soi-même ce genre de chose. Nous avons également signalé qu’il faisait très chaud dans la chambre et qu’il n’y avait pas de climatisation, mais la réception n’a proposé aucune solution ni montré beaucoup d’intérêt. Les chambres sont correctes mais restent assez moyennes pour un établissement de ce standing. En revanche, le personnel du dîner et du petit déjeuner était parfait : très agréable et professionnel. Même chose pour le personnel du bar qui a été très sympathique avec nous et nous a même offert un shooter. Mention spéciale à Paolo au bar pour sa gentillesse et son accueil, nous avons vraiment apprécié. Globalement, cela reste très moyen pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, surtout à cause de l’accueil à la réception.

Le pire séjour de ma vie ( 31/01 au 3/02) À la fin du séjour, notre vol étant à 18h et nous rendons les clés à 11h. Le personnel de l’hôtel nous propose un service de conciergerie « pour profiter du reste de notre journée tranquille » nous revenons à l’hôtel vers 16h et le choc ma famille à récupérer ses bagages mais le mien n’y est plus. Après quelques minutes de recherche ils me disent de porter plainte au commissariat que leur caméra ne sont pas accessibles et que je dois attendre un retour du manager pour me faire rembourser de mes affaires. Arrive en France, je localise mon ordinateur portable ainsi que mon iPad qui était dans ma valise dans une case auto à Rome. Depuis, on me balade, me dit que ma demande est en cours et qu’on reviendra vers moi, le manager me dit qu’il ne peut plus m’aider et me faire comprendre d’arrêter d’appeler ou d’écrire. Je vais intenter une action en justice à leur encontre. Je regrette d’avoir fait confiance à ce personnel. Vraiment à fuir aucun service à la personne et aucun empathie..
