If you are looking to be REALLY central and very close to the Colisseum AND you need a big space, this is a good place for you. BUT, be aware that it's a very congested city center location, so you will be navigating tourist crowds to get anywhere. - We were disappointed by what felt like a lack of generosity/thoughtfulness in that there were truly no amenities beyond 2 rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom, a few packs of shower gel, 4 dishwasher detergent cubes and 4 washing machine tablets. There was no hand soap even to wash our hands upon arrival. We were able to get a sponge and a little container of dishwashing liquid upon request. When we asked for soap, shower gel, paper towels, etc., we were told that, "We are not a hotel." While we don't expect the amenities of a hotel, every other property that we've stayed at around the world provides hand soap. We were paying a top-tier price bc it was Easter weekend and felt that the hosts were being unnecessarily stingy.- The apartment is large and can fit up to 6 people. We were only 3. - The apartment was clean, but everything looks and feels very old and worn (not in a particularly charming way though).- Master bed was firm and comfortable.- There is a couch in a sunny spot with a nice view over the rooftops. This was probably the best feature of this apartment. - Water pressure in the teeny, tiny showers was very weak.Overall, we would not stay here again and certainly not at the price that we paid.

We booked for 5 nights and had a very comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, being very close to Cavour metro station, markets, restaurants, and the Colosseum. A couple of plumbing and linen issues were addressed immediately. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, cutlery, appliances. The highlight within the apartment for us was a small sitting area with a large window overlooking the roofs...perfect for our coffee breaks! Leo, who checked us in, gave us many great suggestions for pacing our activities and places to eat in the neighborhood and surrounding areas. A couple of cautionary notes...the flat is on the top floor (3rd or 4th?) and there is no elevator. The fuse trips and the electricity shuts off when using multiple appliances, especially a hairdryer in addition to the dishwasher or laundry machine. It is simple to fix though...just flip the blue switch in the white corner closet near the front door. We would stay here if we visit again.

Wonderful location and host

This apartment was amazing. Perfect location within walking distance of so many sites, and plenty of restaurants, cafe's and gelato. The management company was fantastic to work with, answering every question quickly. One of our guests left her phone in the car, in which the transport was arranged by the management company. They immediately connected us with the driver to get the phone recovered. It's a busy area, but the windows are new and sound proof, and there's great AC in every room. We had no issue with noise.

What a place! What a location! What a view!

The family really enjoyed this location central to everything like Trevi fountain, coliseum, quaint restaurants, etc. easy access for cabs and bikes and scooters and walking! The sitting room was a great gathering spot overlooking the neighborhood! A/C worked perfect , beds were comfortable! Highly recommend!!!!

Perfect location!

The location of this apartment cannot be better! It’s central to every thing you want to see in Rome. Close to restaurants, cutest streets and the Colosseum. The apartment is extremely comfortable and is well equipped. It can comfortably accommodate 4-5 people. We had 4 adults in our family. The cons were minor-there is a bar right under the apartment and it is noisy if you’re a light sleeper and the shower water isn’t really hot. But the pros far outweigh the cons and we would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Apartment & Location in the Heart of Monti

Excellent apartment. Family of 4 adults. Excellent communication from the managers, they were also able to provide private transportation to the airport. Apartment is located in the heart of Monti, walking distance to everything. Check in/out process smooth and prompt. There is some street noise later in the evening but windows in the bedrooms are sound proof so this was not a problem. Pics are accurate; the extra study with view over Rome rooftops added to the charm of the apartment. Highly recommend.

Central Location to tour Rome

Pro-Good location in the Monti, Close to Metro. Two bedrooms and Two Bathrooms, Good Kitchen, Attentive staff, Lots of fans, beautiful view lots of sun. Lots of services close by Con-Stairs 3 flights, Air conditioning only in main living area, noisy at night till 2am due to street bar, (may be seasonal)
