The hotel met my expectations, look it’s a budget oriented hotel, I think 3 stars is a bit of a stretch. The best feature was the proximity to the entire public transportation system (train, metro, bus), 4 minutes. The room was clean (daily housekeeping was excellent), had a comfortable bed, good ac and good water pressure in the shower. I did not like the bathroom (pics were vague) now I know why. The shower was open to the entire bathroom floor, it didn’t have a separate step in. Had to be careful when walking out to a wet floor. The establishment should begin a program to update the bathrooms. The bathrooms are looking tired. It would make a huge difference! The staff were superb, helpful and courteous. I read so many reviews where people hammer a place for so many petty reasons. You’re not going to get a five star hotel for this price point. Given everything, I’d return and would recommend if you’re on a tight budget.

A most attentive welcome at reception and very good service from housekeeping. The presentation of the hotel is ‘traditional’, but set back from the road within a shaded garden in a bustling area just a short walk from Termini is pleasant. There is a modest bar and the breakfast was just fine. The room was meticulously clean, with fresh linen and towels daily. For Rome prices in a jubilee year it was very good value for money.

Good property with good location- close to public transport. A bit further from central attractions but walkable-will note it’s all uphill from attractions on the way home. Staff were polite and check in was easy. Had ground floor room near bathrooms which was slightly noisy with transit traffic

Hotel room was nice and big. The air conditioning worked well. When we checked in, we were not told about the free breakfast and the times. When the room was “cleaned” there was only one roll of toilet paper that was half way through and when we asked for 2 more, we were only given 1. No fresh bath towels were provided. The area around the hotel wasn’t clean and we didn’t feel safe walking late at night.
