We really enjoyed our room. There are alot of walkable restaurants and malls close. This is in a more modern part of the city so walking was easier it was quiet and easy to maneuver to the historic district and Vatican city. Thank You Hotel VM for your hospitality.

The view from terraces buys it all! The interior is quite poor looking but quite tidy. Changing towels every day cleaning something. Good location. Bus stop just by the door. Public transport is great you can get anywhere! Small mini market just in front. The elevator is out of order so for the view you have to get by stairs.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Being this close to the Vatican was a bonus. I'd also highly recommend eating at Papa Rex, which was the best restaurant we ate at on our trip.

Loved the little man on the scooter who worked the desk, didn't mind that it was not 24hr service. Felt very safe despite being in a sketchy location. Sometimes it was noisy at night because there were bars nearby (but nothing that the hotel could change). I loved the amenities (I had a washer, drying set, coffee pot, tea pot, dining table, and large fridge). Was not bothered, and did not need to have my room cleaned every day (cleaning service not forced). By the end of my stay, the toilet did not work, but they were kind about it! Easy check-in and checkout process. Elevator was broken, but I didn't mind (I'm a strong girl). As a solo female traveller, I felt safe, and it was a lovely home base in Rome. Thank you so much Hotel VM!

Good stay at a great location

Very convenient location to Vatican City, public transportation and downtown Rome. Was generally clean, but a bit dated. Staff was friendly and helpful, parking was available onsite for a reasonable fee ($12/night) with in-and-out privileges. Would stay again. No complaints for the price paid.
