We only had 2 nights at this hotel but i have to say it is now one of my favourites i have stayed in. The staff were polite and very helpful, perfect location to shops, restaurants and tourist spots. The tech theming was such a bonus for us as we appreciate the lighting. Extremely comfy beds, wonderful shower and the fact you can watch netflix, youtube eyc on the tv is a massive bonus. Only critic i have is when the room is too hot and you open the window you can hear the cars on the street which can be very loud but when windows are closed you cannot hear anything. Would 100% recommend and will definitely be staying when we return to Rome.

Clean and very centrally located. Weird lamp solution that automatically turned on. In combination with glass doors maybe not the best combination if you don't want to wake up your partner if you go to bathroom during night. Could also work on sustainability. As in letting you keep towels.

It was a very convenient location that was within a short walking distance to the major attractions. The colourful lights in the room were cool and we appreciated the complimentary coffee and snacks. The staff was nice and helpful. Sometimes the hot water wasn’t working and was a more of a warm/slightly cold shower though.

Great location ,straight out into shopping street / eateries and walking distance to all the sights . staff good when they were there. Junior suite appeared great but remote didn’t work eg couldn’t get jacuzzi emptying and fob lock not working, didn’t spoil the trip but little niggles that made it “ not perfect”

The air conditioning turn of universally in the fall. Usually opening a window would solve the problem but my husband is highly allergic to mosquitoes. The 8 that were left at thus time of year found him. We had a 3 night reservation. Hotels.com went to bat for us on a refund and Hotel provided us with bigger room and a fan. We were very pleased with the solution. I always thought the best way to rate a Hotel or an company is how they handle complaints and concerns. Both got an A

This hotel is in a great location. My room was clean and quiet. The lights and tv are controlled by a mobile phone and PlayStation device, which was frustrating as the lights went out after about 15 or 20 minutes and there were no written instructions for the tv. I would definitely stay there again and write down what to do. Staff are very friendly.
